Anna Mihály

I was born in 1977 in Budapest. The fact that I come from a family of artists and was brought up in the Százados-úti Artists' Village was a decisive factor in the development of my career.

My art studies:

1992-1997 Secondary School of Fine and Applied Arts (Lajos Lengyel Grand Prize)

1998-2003 University of Fine Arts

I am a member of the National Association of Hungarian Artists and the Association of Hungarian Graphic Designers.

Group exhibitions:

In 2002 in Finale Ligure, Italy, at the exhibition "Hungarian prints of the 900s",

In 2003, at the Ernst Museum, the József Attila Cultural Centre, the jubilee exhibition of the Százados Artists' Colony in the National Gallery of Buda Castle, the Pataky Cultural Centre, and in Salgótarján, and then at the graphic art exhibition of the A.P.A Gallery.

  1. The exhibition hall of the Budapest Zoo
  2. Fifty-five Women, Fifty-five Colours exhibition at the Újpest Gallery
  3. Group exhibition of the Százados-úti Artists' Colony, Józsefváros Gallery

After finishing my university studies, my graphic work was constantly replaced by plastic thinking. My sculptures are typically small sculptures and medals, with a few public busts:

- Bust of Formula 1 Champion Mika Hakkinen - Hungaroring Hall of Fame of Formula 1 Champions

- Medal of the President of the Republic of Hungary

- Olympic champion swimmer Dániel Gyurta's commemorative medal of Alexander Dale Oen

- Birth series (small sculptures)

- Scale stand (small sculpture)

- 1:5 scale public sculpture of Anna Lesznai

- 2 chess themed small sculptures by request of Judit Polgár

- 1956 glass monument, design of Chapel

- Éva Marton, Artist of the Nation, Kossuth Prize winner, opera singer in the role of Turandot

- The episcopal coat of arms emblems decorating the pages of the Church Archives of Vaci,
