G. Miklós Kemecsey

Originally trained in restoration and sculpture, the artist found his own path in contemporary painting. He was most influenced by Michelangelo, Jacopo Pontormo, Lucian Freud, Gerhard Richter and Jenny Saville. His painting style is mainly expressionist and realistic. He is deliberately opposed to posthuman and AI influences, and is concerned with the authenticity of the human being. He focuses on what only the human eye and the human heart can see, the personal atmosphere of the eternal man.
